Rings+ ("we," "our," or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). a. Information You Provide
- Account details such as name, email address, and profile preferences.
- Subscription details (payments are processed securely via the Apple App Store).
- User-generated content such as activity logs, goals, or messages to your AI Coach.
b. Information from Apple Health
With your permission, Rings+ can access health and fitness data from Apple Health, including (but not limited to):
- Steps, distance, and active calories burned.
- Resting calories burned.
- Exercise minutes.
- Heart rate.
- Weight, height, and other biometric data.
This data is read-only and is never written back to Apple Health without your consent. We never retain any health data unless you interact with your AI coach or participate in a challenge. Only data that is used for AI coaching or the challenge is retained. No personal identifiable information is retained at all.
c. Automatically Collected Information
- Device information (model, OS version, unique identifiers).
- App usage statistics and crash reports.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the Services.
- Display your fitness metrics, trends, and insights.
- Personalize your AI Coach experience.
- Process subscriptions and transactions.
- Send you important notices, updates, or promotional messages (if you opt in).
- Monitor performance and prevent fraud or misuse.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following cases:
- Service Providers: With trusted vendors who help us operate the Services (e.g., analytics, cloud hosting, payment processing).

- Data Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us or by simply deleting your account right from your app's settings page. Log in to your account and go to settings and delete.

Our Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data without parental consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
